Traffic can be mild during peak hours, so it’s suggested to plan your route accordingly!

Applying to live in our community is simple! Prospect residents can apply online or in person. Please keep in mind that our leasing team will need to review your credit, income, and rental history. We typically ask that renters provide proof of income equal to 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent. Once approved, you receive a checklist of documents and deposits required to finalize your lease before move-in.
